I used SAI :)

It is available on 31 day free trial (what I am using at the moment).

..How did you do the lines?! I've got SAI, but i can NEVER do the lines in lineart like that...

I basically use the curve vector tool to go over the original line art.

They come out a lot clearer that way!

With the weight tool you can angle them off as well :)
